Where can I pick up my order?
We are located at Elmsdale Design & Print at 601 Highway 2 in Elmsdale, NS. We're open Mon to Fri from 9:00 to 5:00 but holidays & storms may create delays.

Do you have a retail store to shop in person? 
We have a Retail Store but all of our products are printed after they are ordered. Since there is nothing pre-printed, please wait for notification that your order is ready for pick up before coming to the store.

How long does it take to print my order?
It varies, dependent on what you order. Customized clothing takes about 7-10 business days while decals & prints takes 3-5 business days. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready to pick up or ship, including if there are changes to our usual timelines or your order.

What is the quality of your products?
Our business was built on Quality so we strive to provide the best quality products that last well over time. We test our products & materials & provide "Care Tips" to help you get the best value & longevity from our products.
